Every month we will select team captains randomly; out of a hat, so to speak. Every month the captain of the winning team will receive a prize. No one can be captain more than once until every team member has had the opportunity to be a Captain. If the members of the team you are assigned find that the team captain is failing to play his roll he will be removed from his rank as captain.
